Lots of us have been there. Watching photo tutorials without acting. Nobody inhales without exhaling. Whatever you feed on, use that to create what you want. Don’t let information go to waste. This means, take action after reading this article!
I’ll do it tomorrow.
Seriously, why do you want to do it tomorrow? This is a successful excuse to not create. Create! Please, create. This is why you’re a photographer. Create! An empty portfolio equals zero clients, and that equals zero money!
Buying every latest gadget.
Don’t be a pixel junkie. 10MP is more than enough to get the job done. What gears do your niche require? Just get that alone. The rest? Rent. You don’t have to buy and not use. If you buy, use till it breaks!
Don’t be quick to buy a car.
I see photogs do this after this hit big the first time. Look, you don’t need the car. Keep using bolt/Uber. You don’t need a car (just quickly). You just want to flex. Relax. Keep building, keep saving, keep investing! Most people do not need the vehicle, others do to help with their businesses. To some buying a car will be a profit and others a loss.
Quitting after a year.
If you don’t want to do this, well, bye. Thanks for the ride. If you want this enough, you’ll keep creating. Get a second job, incest in your business. Keep on creating. Don’t stop.
